Gifts dissapeared.
 

Hello! I logged on during the immense lag to open my small amount of gifts, and got an error message on every one I tried to open. I figured it wasn't a big deal, and I logged on about 20 minutes later to try to resolve the issue. When I logged back on, all but two of my presents had dissapeared. Every present that I opened and was given an error message was gone. If there is any way I can be rolled back or get my gifts back somehow, I would much appreciate it. This is very frustrating :rolleyes::unsure:

I left on the 24th to travel to see parents, logged on about an hour ago and all of my gifts are gone, had anywhere between 320-400, I forget
Would like to believe it has to do with the server lagging and crashing, but would assume it'd be happening to everyone if that was the case

That includes several of my gifts from last year that I still had in house - will be pretty annoyed if those ones were lost completely, mostly because I tried asking about them a few times but wasn't answered

Just be patient and wait for the lag to die (expect that to take hours, probably just wait until tomorrow morning before assuming it's a problem)

Edit: Mine are back now, so check yours. Not sure if my gifts from last year are still there, but I'll update.

I am missing 21 gifts I just opened 29, and majority was from the Santa trading feature. I specifically made sure to get 50 presents to open, wtf do I do, I used different devices I used WiFi and phone internet. Still missing them. Seriously wtf do I do now

Mine are still gone. I would appreciate any help from anyone who is in the position to give it :(

Mine is gone too. I think we should wait until lag is gone.

I had 54, when i entered house, my gifts dupelicated. I opened a gift, lets say i got 3 cookies, i ooen another gift looking simular, id get a error code saying error, please try again. Then all ofma sudden, like half my gifts just disappered.

I only got 2 presents... and there gone...

Haha just appreciate that any of yours came back. All of mine are still gone and I don't really expect them to come back =\ very disappointing

Judging by our logs you opened all 11 gifts you received. You should have some new furniture and hats in your inventory.

Unfortunately the lag seemed to have been causing duplicate (non-existent) presents to appear.

it was a little past 6 i was about to open my golden present with a purple bow and i got disconected before i could receive an item. so i received nothing, then 4 other gifts i was planning on opening after disapeared
