There once was a place called lag island (a place you were sometimes warped to in the event of lag). I'm assuming this is what it has now become.

Am I correct?

There used to be a small island and a few tables and chairs. But that was removed.

It's a buoy owned by the seagull mafia. Touching it is a violation of the mafia's territory resulting in the seagulls knocking you unconscious and dropping you off at land.

Its wierd and mysterious,a long time ago I got warped there and as usual its that orb in that water place surounded by stone making it impossible exiting the circle of stone,
but I saw a random newb getting threw the circle most likely a haker,

u get spawned there randomly I dont know y but u dont need to be in york,I was in my friends guild house and when i pressed out I got warped there

Yes, could be due to lagging, I guess. Usually is anyways.

I usually get there from the railroad tunnels... Sometimes outside of the boundary of stones.

Also, it's a nice place to loot!
