Just noticed the change to the pancake and waffle house in onnet next to court house.

There's actually nothing inside atm besides smoke/fog and bushes and grass to cut.

I have seen several people going in and out and when I went in I couldn't see any one else which means it could be a quest area. Because in the other quest areas you cant see other players. I still don't get why they don't do that for every shop even the ones that are only open on holidays and special occasions.  

Maybe a part of another update? This is how Elster's cave was released a while back.

The kind that let me see the rat hole in MOD town as well... though no one else seems to have noticed ;)
