Escort (PVP Planet Idea)
Escort uses the old PvP planet system of defenders and attackers like the old Conquest. Having the defender and attacker assigned different goals to win. The main idea of escort is for one team to try and get a spaceship from one base to another while having to go around an enemy base. Defenders: The role of defenders is to protect the spaceship for a whole 5 minutes while it travels to the other base. The spaceship is like the alien rambo and has a set course through 3 checkpoints. These checkpoints serves as a new spawn point for the defenders as they have a harder duty to kill the attackers in order to defend the spaceship. The defenders cannot heal the spaceship, but only stop the attackers from destroying it. The spaceship will take 1 minute and 12 seconds to get to each point (total of 5 minutes). Attackers: The attackers only have a single base and a single spawn point, all they have to do is try to shoot down all 3000 health of the defender?s spaceship. They will be spawned further from the spaceship then the defenders, since it would be too easy to rush the spaceship otherwise. GMap: The whole level for this planet could be a simple 3x2 gmap where the top left/right is the defender main bases and the top middle level is the attacker?s base, the defender?s checkpoint are placed one every lower level of the GMap. This will have the spaceship go in a ?U? pattern path. TL;DR: A PvP planet where the defenders have to defend a spaceship that goes around the GMap from the opposing attacking team. Any thoughts or comments? |

I think this is a great idea. However i think it would be to easy for the attackers to win as they have 5 minutes to get rid of 3000hp. and alien rambo takes less time than that to be destroyed.
