Any special attacker with Bug Buzz or Hyper Voice (Volcarona/Galvantula and Sylveon come to mind) can hit Gliscor behind its Sub and 2HKO it. Also, Gliscor can do absolutely nothing to Skarmory, and Skarm can just Whirlwind it out.

He's not really cheap but he is by far and away the most annoying Pokemon in OU alongside Quagsire and Trevenant. Gliscor is the Pokemon I have caused the most ragequits with by far. Rotom-W is a better defensive wall than Swampert since it has almost the greatest typing in the game, also only weak to Grass. It can run either phys. or spec. defensive and do fine, but phys. is generally preferred. It can go offensive too since its offensive typing is ridiculously strong. No Ground types except Scarf Excadrill or Garchomp can switch into its Electric STAB because of Hydro Pump/Scald. Washing machine is a little **** and the bane of a lot of teams' existence. |

Well, I couldn't kill him with any other Pokemon. I tried Garchomp with Stone Edge. It took like 1/4 of his health, then he used earthquake. Healed himself with Toxic Orb + Roost and repeated. Tried killing him with Talonflame. He kept healing himself while I damaged myself with recoil and repeatedly used roost. Tried killing him with Espeon's psyshock (+Twisted Spoon btw). Only took a small portion of health. Tried killing him with Scolipede as my last resort. Did absolutely nothing to him. So yeah, my only Pokemon who could fight him was Greninja who was taken out earlier. He was pretty annoying.
http://www.usgamer.net/articles/what...titive-pokemon I already have Greninja and Garchomp from there. We'll see though. He is good from battles I've experienced. You've recommended some good stuff so far. |

Didn't mention Bisharp, M.Gyarados, M.Zards, Thundurus, M.Lucario, Genesect, Azumarill... I wouldn't follow that list. Why follow it in the first place though? No shame in using good Pokemon.

Gliscor is a Physically defensive tank (and a hell of a good one at that), and Psyshock hits the Physical side instead of the Special side. Most Special hits 2HKO or 3HKO it. |

my main man Staraptor though: 252+ Atk Choice Band Reckless Staraptor Brave Bird vs. 252 HP / 184+ Def Gliscor: 237-279 (66.9 - 78.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Poison Heal best Physical wallbreaker besides Kyu-B also Kabutops is ridiculously strong under rain, you guys should try out weather teams (again, if you have already) |

How much do IV's matter in general? Are they as important as natures?

Not /too/ much. Natures are by far more important than IVs since they're a percentage modifier. Speed is the most important IV to have maxed to ensure speed ties/speed creeps but everything else isn't as important, except maybe your attacking and HP stats. @Infernus I still want to battle you on Showdown. |
