The current Ubers banlist for Gen 6 OU is fine. The few legendaries left in OU bar Lati@s and Heatran are pretty bad.

Bleh, MScizor looks too robotic. Also, Choice Band > Scizorite imo

I only like the top part of mega scizor, not the legs. And wouldn't use it for battling either, just posted it for looks.

Why Sp. when you've now got 2.0x STAB + 112 Speed Close Combat? I guess Nasty Plot + Aura Sphere/Vacuum Wave, but the SD set is just so powerful.

For your lucario, I suggest putting in psychic instead of vacuum wave to deal with nasty fighting types. Also, Excadrill should go first if he isn't already because of rapid spin as well as sand rush, just don't put in sandstorm weak pokemon afterward if you can help it. Other than that, it looks like a solid team.

What's the point of Sand Rush Excadrill if you don't have a Tyranitar/Hippowdon? They're also not prevalent enough in use for you to use it against your opponent, like it was in Gen 5 either. Also, Choice Band and Roost is pretty counter-intuitive on a glass cannon like TFlame. It seems like you have a strong enough offensive core in Lucario/Cloyster/Excadrill so they should be enough to open holes for TFlame to be a late-game cleanup which I think he's best suited for.

Also, X-scissor is good for Excadrill, if you don't need rapid spin. It all depends how common entry hazards are where you play.
