No way to boost subtly now.

Let's say the booster has a brain and is using it. Instead of running away into another room and keep boosting wins, he's only going to boost a certain number of spar wins (and loses), keeps a ration of 1,x and isn't doing it obvious at all.

The goal is to get a lot of spar wins and not to have a good w/l ratio, he would also lose on purpose so it' not that much obvious.
I'm not sure if anyone would reset someone for a 1300-1300 score, it doesn't look boosted at all (boosting spar wins and loses alternately).

Why would someone boost 1300 wins and lose another 1300? I see your point yo but boosters don't think like that. If it were me i'd boost 1300-250. Do you know why people make second accounts? to get a better ratio. I dont think a booster would be prepared to just throw it away if he even got that far.

Yes you can. It's already been done. I already mentioned this. Why do you think so many "sparrers" slowed down in pace when you could no longer spar at places like Angel Clan and Sardon's, pause-boost using the same IP, or transfer account statistics? The fact that you can't name a single person who does it today is proof enough.

Boosting is as much of a myth as "selectively sparring for points." It's not even possible, unless you do what Comyt did for the past year and abuse a glitch to reset your rating deviation.

I'm pointing at those "I want only spar wins to get another hat"-players, you could also go for 1000-300 as long as you don't do it too obvious you won't get trouble

I am still able to boost, let me get on my PC and use a VPN and spar against my iDevice account. Do you even see my point? Everyone who is using his brain is still able to boost, I often see empty spar rooms.

I can't name anyone? How about I don't care about who boosts and who doesn't boost. I'm not going to stalk anyone just because I think they boost.

Okay, then do it? You will either be greatly inconvenienced by the time it takes you, stopped by players who follow you and queue against you, reset, or banned. If it ever became an actual problem then administrators would easily put in place measures to stop it.

Pretending for a second this would actually even happen (it wouldn't), when you end up with like a 250-12 spar w/l record yet you aren't good at all, and people are always seeing you and your friends leaving rooms when other people join them and running to empty rooms, it's going to be pretty obvious to everyone what you're doing and you'll get reported and caught anyways even if you avoid any detection systems that are in place.

i actually know someone who can boost 250-12 in one day. He still hasn't been reset because he hides it soooo perfectly. He even holds a position in mother..and at one point even in Alumni and Anubis.

If i told you guys who this guy is you wont believe me. But i'm 100% sure this fker is a booster. I've seen him do it! He also hacks on his second account. i posted a video a while ago but no one really paid attention.

Method 1) I could spar 2600 times, and unless I'm terrible I'll end up at least around 1300-1300.

Method 2) I could "boost" by intentionally losing and winning to friends all the time on purpose and make sure I go 1300-1300. I'll have to be not terrible anyways or I'll lose all my real spars and will never be able to intentionally lose if I want to stay even, therefore I'll be caught. This will be more time consuming because I'll only want to spar when my other "boosting" friends are online and preferably when a room isn't too full.

Which seems easier?

Wasn't the point of you boosting in the first place so you could get the new milestone wins spar hats? If you keep getting banned and reset, you sure are wasting your time aren't you, as you're never going to get there!

why tf do you do that? why? there is a fine line between stopped and stop'd yo. tf does stop'd even mean?

Anyway if boosting was still possible it wouldn't be done your way. Why would i boost 1300 and lose another 1300? that's just a waste of time.. the ph8 guy also proves a good point, unless if you're that sh*t 1300-1300 doesn't have to be boosted.
