Dying sound copyright?!

The ABC3 show Splatalot has the same sound effect as the dying sound in classic. Someone explain >.< I mean, couldn't it be copyright?

The sound could be bought in a sound pack within other sounds. That's what most games do, purchase a sound packet. That's probably why you hear the same sounds in Graal and some other games (example DBZ:Gokus Legacy I&II).

It's not the same sound. Classic's death sound is a common death/fail sound.

Its like Starwars and other films. if you listen when somebody dies, like in an action film. They most likely will have the "Yhehehehehheaaaa" sound. I've heard it a lot in movies with diff directors, etc. It probably doesnt matter
