I.O.W.F.C.C.I= Instead of waiting for content, create it! Program. Instead of waiting for admins to create the content, how about Tashkin/PD can give us players a job so then we can develop and create our own graphics. This could help people further their education on graphic art and developing/leveling. This could help people get jobs that haven't even been created yet. This could help if (for example) you are chosen to make a new logo for your company. If you helped, you could be an expert and get a raise to help your family. What do you guys think?

This is Graal as a whole, for the past 10 years.  

Not exactly for a big update Zone is doing. New Hat Shop ➡ Riot Shield 3 weeks difference. If players would of helped the big update would be done and it would of only been 1-2 weeks. I mean there hasn't been anything to buy in a good while. Besides Era and Classic has 1000s of players. Zone has 100-200

We have new content coming. Dont worry, i think you might like the out come of it.  

I would also like to see more competitions/assignments that staff could post and pick the one's they feel a decent enough for the game, i believe if they kept doing little ones and see who's actively doing them they may even find staff that can produce quick work when needed for release(no offence to staff now-but the more help the merrier eh?)

The riot shield wasn't meant for the VIP, but a shop.

OP, you can make your own levels and develops on your own time, already! Just use the normal dev tools.

Graal is supposed to be like this, but the whole staff system ruins it. I'm still waiting for a server that allows any player to submit content.  

Players should only pixel hats/images for server competitions, if you want to help even further you might as well apply for a staff position.  

They should allow any player submission they think is good enough for game. not be limited. for instance some people only do graphics via ipad(comp maybe broke etcetc) so can't apply/get other stuff on game unless its in a contest? Staff make some contest for players then, all it needs is a quick thread from you staff saying what you feel is wanted more of ingame and im sure players will make stuff look at the nature shop for example, possible best pick of the few updates in recent months.
After all staff are getting stick for not many updates; so why not throw it in the players hands Aswell as doing your own 'big projects' .. I thought graal was a PLAYER made game by looks of it it's a staffplayer run game, with small exceptions.
