With streaming, it becomes more of an issue of upload bandwidth. Sending high quality video as fast as you receive it is very difficult for a network to handle, if you don't have good internet it will completely crash your net or simply not work and constantly skip. For example, if I try to stream higher than 720p at certain times of the day my internet crashes completely. If your computer can't send it in real time, it can't do it at all. As for the computer, recording your entire screen and converting it into the proper video format to be send at the same rate you receive it as much as 30 times a second is very taxing on your cpu/gpu. Even if you turn down your graphics in game it's still going to be slow. |

yeah, I played an ARAM with OddOne but as lucky as I was I got Skarner. so I used every flash-ult on him and my only two kills were from him, so... WORTH |
