If it's not aganist the ToS or Terms of Service, then there is no issue here.  

Im pretty sure people on Era were banned for trading items for iTunes. Same rule probably applies here.  

From the TOS:

11. Third Party Products and Graal Online system. LINUX Cyberjoueurs does not endorse, warrant or guarantee any product or service offered through the Graal Online system by any third party, will not be a party to or in any way monitor any transaction between you and third-party providers of products and will not bear any responsibility for their products, policies or actions.

It doesn't say anything about banning third party-transactions; just that it's not Eurocenter's fault if you get scammed.

Edit: Although the definition of "warrant" could go both ways, meaning "justify" or "authorize".

I don't think there is anything wrong with this. People are paying for a service just as they would in the real world. It's their decision how they spend their money.
