Truthfully, no country in the world is Democratic. America, the ones who claim to be breastfeeding the idea of Democracy, are socialist. Lmao.

America is both socialist and capitalist, but we're about as democratic as anyone else.  

Communism is the best form of government. Communism is a system where the state owns nearly everything and people have to be employees of the state. In all countries where soviet styled communism was in operation, there were no free elections. The communist party candidates were the only ones on the ballot and had no opposition.
Because of the power of the state, communism allowed no dissent. It was a crime to criticize the top leaders. People kept their mouths shut.
Getting anywhere in life meant adhering to the party line, speaking out for the advantages of communism and criticizing all other systems of society.
Its advantages did exist: health care and education thru the university were free, in fact the government paid the university students stipends to cover their expenses as students. Rents were next to nothing, as the government owned all living units except single family homes,

The idea of communism is all great, but it will never be correctly put into practice because people are people, and we aren't perfect. Almost every time it has been attempted it doesn't end well.  

The advantages of a communist system is that everyone, theoretically at least, has what they need to live, and contributes what they can to the common good. There are no vast disparities of wealth and poverty (again in theory) and resources are allocated to those who need them most.
The disadvantage of a communist system is that it relies upon everyone in the system being altruistic. It does not take into account that people tend to be selfish, and do what is in their personal best interests.
The communist system in reality was subject to gamesmanship on all levels, from the individual worker up to the party boss. Another fault of the communist system is that it relies on centralized planners to send manufacturing signals. Any centralized planning system cannot respond to changes in demand as rapidly as needed, and so some goods are overproduced, while others are underproduced. And due to the lack of individual incentive to produce, there is less in the aggregate for everyone.

Fantastic on paper, awful in practice.  

Government corruption and overall poor leadership causes a failed government. The USSR(Soviet Union) would not have fallen apart if Mikhail Gorbachev had not came to power.
