May wanna consider changing the names of the "new guns" being released. Kap40 and the M8a1, normally it shouldnt be a problem but since those guns dont exist anywhere other than black ops 2, that can lead to copyright crap. Just change the name of it or something like Mac40 or M5a2 otherwise your probably gong to get ****ed  

I'm sure that a gun name wouldn't mess with graal why would the name of a gun that could be used in like hundreds of other games affect graal specifically?

Go on google and find me at least 2-3 images of both the kap 40 and m8a1, that aren't black ops 2 related, and then please show me the other "hundreds" of games that are using those names.

The guns are completely made up, they don't exist anywhere except blackops, thats what makes their names copyrighted.

But we can't afford to take that risk. Since they haven't even been released, renaming them isn't really an issue right?  

Renaming wouldn't be a problem for the staff and I guess renaming it would be a good thing to do.

I'm speaking as a community since I'm part of it and I will continue to since its a forum.  

You clearly said "Renaming won't be a big issue, right?" That tells me that either you have some power on said server or you think you know everything about the time that goes into making a weapon.
