You guys forgot that the universal approval time gets in for like 12 hours? Not too sure, but when unix accepts it, there is around this time to make it appear in the AppStore.
When he directly approves it, it will be firstly available in the U.S AppStore, a couple hours / days later it would be shown as universal
(Unless someone's app is valid in certain areas)

It's been stated multiple times that the game is already approved. ._.

True, but like me I have nothing to do of the week days and I only go to school for three hours a day from 10:10 till 1:10 I'm free for the rest of the day. (Along with that, I'm not allowed to hangout with friends on the weekdays).

I remember last year, I got home from school sat and played classic, then an update said graal era came out, I was like "BUY !!!!" I got it and started a gang straight away, got to 11th on gang leader boards and then all the members broke up  

Well I'm home sick today, maybe it will release today xD

actually come to think of it I hope it doesn't, I need to study :O

I remember waking up strangely early on a saturday morning, and finding our Era was out when like 30 were online, and quickly dominated. It was awesome xD  

I know because im approximating based on previous servers' release times, which is anywhere in a two hour radius from noon (central standard time)

When era came out i was sick that day, so i got my grandpas credit card and bught it XD. Literally withing an hour of its release, which was 2:37 pm in my timezone (approximately)

Well, it will stay take a lot of time to be available for other than U.S countries.
