Codes are the filenames of swords and shields.  

I'm not sure what stumps you're talking about; they may be decorative. However, a code, as they're often called is simply the file name of a sword or shield. To apply a code simply say "setsword" or "setshield" and then the file name. Codes can be through players or by going to taylorrichaards.com on your mobile device.

I am not sure what you mean by stumps, so I can't help you there. But I am gonna bet you can't remove them. Could you post a screenshot?

Idk how to take a screenshot, I'm a noob, and there are little wooden things sometimes blocking paths or chests.  

Oh! You cannot get past those, and there are nothing in the chests (yet) for now they are just for decoration.

On a side note you can download an app like photobucket and then upload your own screenshots (obtained by pressing home and sleep buttons at the same time) then find the direct link in the picture information then paste it in the the window that opens when you press the picture button when you're writing a post on the forum.  

One last thing, I discovered the secret cave behind the waterfall. How on earth do I get permission to pass?
