Yes, yes you can complain. But it is at the owners hands whether your wants are carried out, and its just downright annoying when you don't respect what they want.

User feedback is critical to the success of any social website, product, or game. Facebook has groups devoted to criticizing Facebook. This might be a shock to your totalitarian mind, but those groups have been successful several times in changing certain features of the site. Each and every person on the game has the right to set forth their opinion.

Yes, I am a crazed totalitarian who has zero belief that people can make a difference in something, I mean why else would I use this community forum? I think people should express their opinions on a product or service until the owner rejects it, at that point why bother? I am sure Rufus won't change his mind. So please go to bed and come back in the spring.
