Maybe explain more whats "broken"? Image won't show up? You can't generate it?

They won't show my character correctly. The body's fine. But it's not showing my correct head nor my hat.

Could it be that the files are being deleted? So your head was refunden (when you had a custom one) and your hat... not sure

I did refund my custom head but that was like a month ago..

I'll try regenerating it.

EDIT: Regenerating didn't work.

Same here. Didn't see anything wrong with it. Maybe just other graphics for the card so they don't look like iClassic's, but else it seemd fine

There are some transparency issues with Era's files. We don't know why, but yeah, that's the reason they're not released yet.
