I've done it quite a few times, and it just resets the fields. Where should this little playercard image show up?  

You can not do this from your iDevice. You have to be on your PC.  

I'm on my pc.  

Than it should be a pop-up (extra window). What browser you use?

Tried using IE and also worked fine. What about trying it with Firefox? Like I said before it´s supposed to be a pop up. So maybe check if there is any new window up? It´s a smal one. You have to enter your email, nick and color in there.

I dont think the problem is with the popup itself.

He said the fields are just resetting, which means he sees the form, its just not working.
But it should display some type of error if it can't generate the card...

Would it be possible to message me your email so I could try it?  

I sent you my e-mail, check it out for me, will yah?  

These player cards are amazing  

I'm on classic graal and used my e-mail set for my profile and it didn't generate me a card.

Works just only on the pc  

Maybe someone should edit the original post and note down there that this only works on pc since so many people seem to make it on their iDevice.
