Because not all apps are detectable. The one's that allow the free DLC (through the iAp Cracker) are the one's which are un-detectable, otherwise the content would not be added to that device. I think.  

When will no credit debit cards work? DDDD  

It only works on offline games and since graal is online it doesn't work ;)

iAP cracker also works on in App Purchases. That requires the game to have no protections against that though

That's what I use. Don't try it on Graal though. Really don't. DragonVale is nice to use it on though.  

Online games work too..like deadlock and Gun Bros..Many more that i forgot.  

all it does is defragmentizes the recipt of purchases  

Never ever use this my friend did this to me nog all my stuff are reseted
I didn't do anything but my friend said after it i did something for you for free look your money
I did play tomorrow and everything reseted
Now i am really mad and want to cry because i didn't need THE money

You must be so pro.

Using fake in App Purchases actually don't reset you. You just get a ban and you won't get the Gralats. There must have been more behind the story
