when i got so pissed in black ops i tried to run over to turn it of yet fell triping and nocking the xbox over... :/

Ik what you're saying and i understand that but pretty much hes talking about the saddest moments In video games... Like a cutscene in a game that made you feel emotional when you watched it  

My saddest gaming moment is when someone used a Action Replay on my Gameboy Advanced Game; Pokemon Emerald. I caught like Shiny, Lvl: 100, Dark, Lugia. And then my game broke.  

Are you referring to Master Chief dieing? If so you should finish it on Legendary and you see that he doesn't die and he goes to Onyx...I think he goes there.
