Okay so I'm looking for a cool modded gamesave in Skyrim that doesn't involve infinite stats, all items, infinite magicka, etc. I just want it to have something like maybe a modded house or a giant companion dog, but without all those things that ruin the game. Anyone have any?

hacks don't ruin games

Infinite stats and all items ruin Skyrim. That's one of the main things to do on there.

I forgot to mention it's for the Xbox. I'm assuming all the good mods are for the PC.  

Yeah. This is a mod where steve is your sidekick basically, and you can ride his pig.

Damn. I'm considering getting the on for the PC just for the mods. I've seen so many cool one's such as rideable cats, lightsabers, portal gun, etc. Do you know how much memory it takes up?
