Hello, I just recently made my first head and tried uploading the head. It failed for some odd reason, it is a .gif file, and the file size needed to be 135kb as I researched around. I wanted to know if there is anyway I can resize my gif down to the limit without at all making changes to the blinking head or if I could find a better gif making tool.

I have 6 frames, I searched up and someone did 10 and one said she did 20. I will try that though.

Edit: I have 4 edited frames, re-up two of the same ones to complete the blinking head. I looked, but I do not think I can go any smaller with the frames.  

A few questions you might want to answer on here are:

-How many frames were used in the gif?
-Did you index it?
-Did you use too many colors?

Here's an example of a body that will not upload because it is too large. I'm guessing too many colors were used in making it so it was not accepted.

Also copyrighted (Naruto or how its called?)  

Post the head if you feel comfortable in doing so. It'll be easier to see where you went wrong.  

^ if you dont want it stolen you could reanimate just the first 4 frames so no one can steal it

Yeah, but that body wouldn't get past the submission screen because it was too large. I couldn't fix it.

That's strange. Did it actually make it onto iClassic or did it fail to send through the submission page?

Well... Every time I would attempt to upload the head, I would run into a error page for firefox. I thought then that the file was just too large to be uploaded. But maybe it was because I did not do the indexing part? Which needa learn how to do lol... But maybe it would help if I said what I have used for the head?

You will get a message if the file is too large. If you run into an error page it may just be from your web browser. Indexing is just used to get your bodies to change colors or to protect it from thieves recoloring in certain programs if they don't know how to undo it. At least that's what I use it for.

That happened to me with every .gif head I've sent in. It's file size. Reanimate it using less frames, it usually works out.  

Well... I sort of solved my problem. I used IE instead of FF and now it will tell me the file size needed. The only problem now is that I only used 6 frames to do the .gif lol I am not sure how else I could shorten the frames for a simple head to blink. Actually Tyler, I just noticed that the video I learned how to do the blinking head gif is yours so yeah... 6 frames
