Identification/Log-in Emailing Problem
So, I stupidly decided to revoke access to all devices except on my fb account on my PC. Then I realized that I mostly played graal on my iPad. I go on my iPad and type in my email address to log in. It tells me that it has sent an email about the approval of using my account on my iPad. So I go on my email account, and there isn't an email . I do it again, and still no email. I even checked my spam, and no email. Is there any way for that email to appear in my inbox? Or a way (other than using an account transfer) to get my account to my iPad?

Are you sure it's the right email? You should try opening your emails on pc or safari, it worked for me when i don't recieve emails.

I prefer the old way of logging in, I don't like the identification system.

The identification system has fixed numerous problems including scams and allowing players to transfer their accounts, something some people have been waiting to do for months to a year. I don't see a problem with it at all. If you have a specific thing you dislike about it, that would be something productive to email to support. [email protected]

Knew this question would come up sooner or later. What Xavier said is true
From what he said and from what I think it does: After you completely revoke access for your email you have to wait about an hour before you can send another confirmation. This was implemented because of people who have access to other another person's account and to prevent them from logging in again. Also stop them from spamming your email. |
