Doesn't give them an excuse for poor service. If you are a professional company, you better make sure you can make all of your consumers happy. This means providing good service, listening to complaints, concerns, and feedback, and replying to them and trying to help them when necessary. Note, not all situations require a reply which is why a lot of people might get ignored.
