Yeah also enforcing that killing other people is good. Anyway I 100% agree that they should permanently ban *********s asking for nude pics, live video chat to random people, where they live etc. but they most defiantly not ban regular kids pretending they are serving food at burger refuge. If i was a admin i would go as acting like a 10 year old kid and falling for it if they are pedo or not, if pedo permanent ban. |

It's good that they're finally taking a stand against these kinds of issues. The problem is that they're going to far. It's like how the US Government used to not protect people AT ALL but now they're protecting them TOO MUCH and causing more problems. Julius should know there's a fine line between being a virtual child molester and just roleplaying, because here's the thing. Nobody is a flat out virtual child molester. You can't just call a fifty year old a virtual child molester for playing Graal. Staff can, however, check a player's pms to see if he is molesting people virtually. And if he is then he's a virtual [child] molester, which means he should be banned. You can't tell a person's age, Higbey, but you can easily tell if their guilty or not. And now Julius seems to be mass banning role players instead of investigating each case which is definitely the wrong way to go. I mean, I doubt he'll read this but that's my two cents nonetheless. Also, banning everybody who mentions AIM or Skype is another example of blanket banning instead of simply investigating on a case by case basis. I don't see any reason with people saying "oh, btw, contact me @ AIM or skype" in a PM or even they're status. Asking in the city for people to Skype them, however, is a bit odd and you might ask them to stop, but a month ban is totally ridiculous and uncalled for. Basically blanket banning is illadvised and all GPs should decide things on a case by case basis. Another thing is that you can't just sentence people to month long bans for stuff like this, because that's extreme. You can't start blanket adding month bans either. Those should be dealt with on a case by case basis--i. e. players who ask for people to skype video chat with them should be banned for 3 days, and players who molest others via text and in-game beds and such should be banned for 7 days, or whatever. But thirty days for everything is unacceptable and almost a bit lazy. Remember that your goal is to keep players on the server and not threaten them with bans and scare them out of doing anything or having fun playing the game. It will bite you in the butt later on. Now, here's my opinion on rating guild pictures. I don't think it's wise for players to be putting pictures of themselves out on the internet. It can be dangerous and I don't really understand why staff focus on banning role-playing and people advertising skype and IM accounts than this, which is a large threat in my opinion. |

I was raised by the fact that giving personal information and showing pictures of yourself is bad. That's my nature now and will probably be for the rest of my life (which is good). I for one, think that anyone giving personal information and/or pictures of themselves should get banned for I'd say, 2-4 days. Maybe also add more (if there are any) things around the map saying "Never give personal information away!". |

-Banning people for RolePlaying -Banning people for Skype,FFM,Kik -Banning people for Rating Guild Pictures Ok.. Now get this through your stupid thick undying skull... These are the same type of players that requested Graal city to become a non PK zone.. Thats one mark right off the bat Second, this is the majority of players on iClassic.. Strike 2 And third, adding more rules to restrict the game to a kindergarten age is like taking Unixmad's loaf of delicious bread hes enjoying and crumbling it in his face as he cries because all he wants is something to survive on for the next couple of days/weeks/months/years. SHAME.. ON... YOU! Sure... Higbey hates Unixmad for being greedy but pretty much restricting the rules to lower the playercount has got to be the most ridiculous idea any MMORPG has ever come up with You do realize that the majority of the players on iClassic are 9-16. You do realize that 75% of that group age has been doing this from top to bottom yet it looked like in graal city that no one had complaints about it? And its by their nature. They can say no to KIK, FFM, Skyping, or RolePlaying.. You don't have to force feed it Also, i have a dear good friend that sometimes i skype to (not for nude pictures... not for "sexual" content... but pretty much for chatting as friends). Is she gonna get banned because of this? Dear god... I love the new updates but the new rules are starting to overweight the updates by alot... and thats sad :c |
