No. NoCheat+ is **** and NoCheat has a lot of bypasses.  

I could set up the IP like mc.graalians.com or mattcraft.tk. I know all about domain records and rufus can help you with his graalians.com.

lol. when/if you get unbanned, I have a house set up near the original mine. It connects to our mine and I moved our chests there. I'll givs you access to them when you get online.

Laughing, so hard. The community is so more divided in a MC game, you can find out who the asses are. And the griefers.  

Is there a reason the servers not online?  

I wanna go play minecraft but server down derpppp. Now that PK is enabled, I can't leave my house.

I did not see you hacking but I have the following evidence:

• Many people said you were hacking. There's never been a circumstance where the players have lied and said someone else was hacking, so I trust them.
• You're movements triggered several warnings saying you were moving too quickly. This sometimes happens when chunks don't load, but it happened around seven or eight times quickly.
• Your history is against you. This is the third time I've had to ban you for hacking in one way or another. You'll be unbanned on Friday night, which is four days instead of seven, but next time it happens (and I'm hoping that you'll have enough sense to ensure that it doesn't) I won't be so generous. ESPECIALLY ON PVP, hacking ruins the game for everybody else, and it won't be tolerated. This is your warning.

If your house is a safe haven, what if your house is just a platform with leaves as a roof?
I made a treehouse, see. I've got the entrance fenced, saying that it IS my home. So does it still count?

In other words, what classifies something as a 'house'?
