Transferin' Accounts, anyone?

So today, I lost my iTouch... (fun stuff.. not D: Think it was stolen)
I may be getting a new iTouch, and I was wondering....
Say I got unpaid Era on my new iTouch, than I transferred my account. Would unpaid get all the Paid Era stuff? Because I really don't wanna spend an extra 2 bucks on Paid Era... :/

If you already bought the + version you can get it for free on iTunes back. Just "buy" it like normaly. Accept with buying and bla. After that when it wants to try to download there should come a pop up that you already bought it so it will download for free.

You only have to buy the app for a second time if your iPod, iTunes account, computer, and soul was stolen- ergo you can get it for free if you use the same account.

You should get an iPod Touch 4 because it has a camera.

You just sign into the same iTunes account that you used to originally purchase the application. Then you click buy and enter your password. Then, when downloading it will notify you that you have already purchased the application and asks if you want to re-download it. You click 'Yes' and it will start downloading again, without removing money from your account.
