Though if you're inciteful enough to make a thread about it(because you have nothing else), I imagine it's reasonable. Thing is that a careless ban and careless support has happened and been reported here plenty of times. If you're screwed then you're screwed. There is no sense of elevation through staff because they're careless. You have to elevate yourself to a higher-up.
