Already posted such a thing for holiday weapons. SNK said he might add a "store" to sell them for minerals. Not sure if it will include normal guns too.
SNK already mentioned that he might do that or something similar. Not sure anymore

Yer I know, selling guns for minerals is still better than leaving them sitting in your inventory.
