I've been getting more than a few PM's in-game (on iEra) asking for help with iClassic, I'm not an iClassic guru so I can't assist you :(

Even if you've been banned for a silly reason, for a silly amount of time I cannot unban you.

It should be pretty obvious, but with all PM's lately asking us to help out with classic stuff I thought i'd stick this here just in case.

As a side-note, when e-mailing iEra please use English as the language you try to communicate with us in. We don't have translators, I assume that it is the same for iClassic.

If you have an e-mail for a high ranked staff member, you should send a PM to an admin in-game, or e-mail it [email protected] and we can forward it to them for you.

[email protected] is the email for account support controlled by the PWA* (Bell, Gaberiel, and Tig). It is normally for issues that deal with any pc servers, and pc account support. You can contact stefan from the email (which Bell would forward the email to him) but it isn't the best email to contact out of the bunch.

*PWA stands for Player World Administration.

They're very helpful and they know a lot, but they have to handle and process many e-mails and have lots to do so it can take a while, they're really a lost resort.

there is no "true" way to get in contact with stefan. just multiple ways to realize he's ignoring you.
