Sleeping Disorder
I currently have been getting short sleep to no sleep at all, everyday, It has been going on since the last 2 (or 3) weeks and I'm getting curious and I feel like a bit of heat every night, and whenever I lay on my bed I feel over-relieved or something like that? then I get super hyper that I can't retain myself from jumping around or searching on the internet, I have school and it's affecting my grades, cause I might've slept in class, No one bothered to wake me up cause they can see my eyebags, I'm currently using Sleeping Pills, to little or no success.
I self-diagnosed myself in the first week of it happening, it might be insonmia/hyperinsomnia or something, I'm wondering if there are any better cure? I tried napping in daytime, working out, and reading a book to sleep, Working out eventually made things worse by making me, myself, become much more active at night, while napping made me wake up more in night since I accidentally kept sleeping for 2 - 3 hours while my alarm is beeping loudly, Reading a book didn't help either since It made my imagination or brain work even more since while I read I can see images on my mind like a movie.
I'm wondering if it's safe to take two - three sleeping pills, if not, then I will try different steps. I have school later, and I'm still awake, I don't know how things will work out later. Can you give me any tips on how to stay awake?
