New Water Noodle (Feedback Please)
 

Hi. I just recently made this Water Noodle, such as the one you would use in a pool. It can come in different colors, but I only made blue. I was thinking it could be a sword, that will be released in the summer. Please post comments of how I can improve this, but please don't put really negative immature comments. Thanks!

P.S.-When you look at the template, it looks blury. Click it, then click it again to see it full size and the least blury.

Looks like a blue stick 0.0 but then again water noodles are blue sticks.
I think it would look a little better without the circe next to the end because nvm..

But Water Noodles are round, with a small inner hole at the end...

Getting better, although you didn't really need to use 8 colors. You could have used 2, like so:

Yes, but it now doesn't have the effect of it looking that round, kinda made of foam, or a hole at the end how it usually does

It needs to be a little thicker, and have more texture. It sort of looks like a wooden stick that was painted blue. When you make it thicker, you can add more texture to make it look more "pool noodle-like." Other than what I just stated, I like the idea. It's creative. Good job.

@Dylan-Usually, at the end, there is foam, inside that foam is a hole.

Yes, I mean more wide. It would make it look less like a stick if you made it a little wider and added some more texture ;)

Look at the hole. Its not the whole top, just the middle of the top.

@ 5 minute fix. The foam stick now uses 3 colors. rofl I suck at positioning it on the template.

Try making it look "grainy" like a real noodle. Just add dark specks on it

I was thinking this. It adds more texture.

Chaotic + Cigam- I tried doing this when i dithered it. maybe the color i used should be a bit darker

Make the dark specks a bit darker than the blue.

looks like a blue tube, do something that will make it obvious as to what its suppose to be.

Maybe when you wield it you are automatically in summer wear? lololol

Try not to use arbitrary rotation for the diagonal views. Pixel it manually, rotating drops the quality down by a lot. Well, not in this case since it's such a simple graphic. Just future advice.

Yes, I see. 1 or two pixels thicker. I like it. I might edit yours and show you what I had in mind. But that doesn't mean I don't like it.

If this were released, id make it have a vehicle capability too. Like you could ride it on water and shoot water from it like you can in real life ^.^

.... But then it would probably be more overpriced.

id suggest a quest for the water noodle and when you finish the quest you could choose your noodle color and in my opinioun it should do 1-2 dmg but could have a massıve knockback so itl be just a fun item

Or, be 8 damage with knockback, yet the quest could be really hard. Or with a similar bamboo rod gani, and it does 8 damage but has a chance of blocking bullets.

Woah there MSM. Remember the materials that a real pool noodle is made up of. Nothing to "block" real bullets.

You can't block bullets by spinning bamboo you know.

I know xD But that's already uploaded so I don't want the staff to make the same mistake.

That's a 2 min work for a real gfx artist..

Longer than two minutes considering the outline takes roughly that long to make. He also dithered it to add texture which would have taken a while since he uses ms paint and doesn't have a dither brush. There is also the color selection and placement on the template an added 5-10 minutes. Overall the noodle would have taken Msm 10-15 minutes to make.

Please get your facts right.

No. This is a horrible idea. 8 damage and bullet blocking would make it better than the bamboo rod,ripping off all of the people who earned the 35 ecs for it. If this happens, I want a full refund on my bamboo rod.

Don't overdo it, after all, it is in fact a Water Noodle.

Ok maybe 7 damage and blocks some bullets, or 8 damage and just a regular sword.

No wtf. Noodles can't block bullets. Not even in Kung fu movies. No block.

8-9 damage but keep it rare?
just a suggestion

Maybe 7 damage and a water gani. That way it'd be better than the basic sword and that would make it sensible to have a price, instead of being the exact same as an already free weapon
