How long does it usually take to reply? I've been waiting for a day already.

Also make sure to keep checking your ticket status; sometimes they resolve them without replying back.

It says responded, but nothing has been resolved. Is it because I replied to the same message because I forgot something?

If you don't mind could you send me a forum PM with the issue? It's possible they read it and decided to leave the issue as it was and so they didn't feel the need to reply. \

It has happened to me several times.

Depends on the server, staff checking it.
iEra checks it every day and responds if we can unless its something that needs snk's attention

Yeah, unfortunately you're at the mercy of whoever's job it is to check the support tickets on zone :(

When I went to the restroom, my cousin took my iPad and downloaded the frame-rate hack and then when I came back I was stealth.

Even if you were in stealth. As a player you would not be able to see yourself.

I am not saying I don't believe you but the "My brother had my phone" is a common excuse.
