A PM for Iera
 

Ok so, I've been running this over my head for a couple of months now and I think I've finally got it!

A PM(Prime Minister) FOR ERA!

Every month the people of era will Go to a marked spot where they will vote for a original of Iera to be there PM.

PMs will be like admins but with no admin powers. They will only have these two things: Ability to change tags to "Answering Questions", "PM" or "Taking FeedBack"and ability to access RC.

PMs will pass on what the people of iera want to see and they will also answer questions from the people of Iera.

If the PM is good enough after his one month of being PM he will be selected to be admin (optional point) or you could just let another vote take place to pick a knew PM

Notes: You have to have played Iera since it came out.

Tell me about what you don't like/like about this idea below.

They sound a lot like PR's (answering questions and such).

But, how many admin do you know who don't get spammed? None. That's why you should pick a PM and his helpers to help with the spam

So basically a staff member without any powers to make his or her job easier?

I do, however, like the idea of having a player be the "President" or other figure. There could be a little election where everybody can vote for a week somewhere on the map and a neat little palace where they can live. I guess my idea is a lot different from yours because the "President" or whatever you wanna call him wouldn't really be helping staff, just would be a little competition for the players.

Personally I disagree with this idea for the obvious reasons. :P

Theres an application form if you want to be hired for PR but that happens every once in a while i think

1) i have never called you immature because of that, i have called you immature because you act like you think the world revolves around you. This is the same kid that was running around named KKK and WHite Supremacy, yelling out severely racist remarks. Its not my fault i was the one who was there to 're-educatue' you. Anyway, stupid idea; the individual we choose to represent us would either: not be well received by the public or start abusing their powers (or influence) which would create another job for us anyway.

I'd suggest you use the feedback option in your options to get in contact with us directly - when I'm online I check the reports frequently and manage to maintain it and I'm positive other Administrators do so too.

Regardless, it is a pointless idea, we would have to screen who becomes Pm and that would add more work to our already busy scheduals.

If you have a problem with how i do my job, complain to snk. But keep in mind he sees how much work i actually do, you as a player dont. You think i dont do anything because i dont run around handing out free items and getting friendly with the players. Thats not my job. My job is to make sure the PR's stay in line and to give them advice if they need it. Technically PRA's dont even need to handle player problems, we have PR's for that. But we do it anyway.

So if you have proof im doing a bad job, go whine to snk. Otherwise, shut up.
