Close this thread if you want, idc. But why is it that all the new admins get promos straight away whalst the ones that have been with iera for heaps of months get absolutely nothing, seems like theyve just been forgotten to me.

Heres the Admins that deserve a promo

Vman(Player Relations)-> Vman(Player Relations Administrator)
Snake Rekon (Player Relations)-> Snake Rekon (Player Relations Admin) (even though he is hardly on anymore lol)
Jatz (Player Relations Administrator)->Jatz (Fired) (Ive hated him from the start I love how he gets hired straight away even tho he hacked)

The rest of the Admins idc about because I've never actully took the time to talk to them. Deleting this post will result in me thinking era can't handle criticism for the people they leave out/hire.  

So you think only the staff you've met should be promoted, when you don't even really know what they all have done? I agree staff shouldnt close threads because of criticism, but I really don't think this includes any evidence or facts that would make them regard this with more than a grain of salt. If you had evidence of jatz breaking the rules then you should post it.

Just leave it as is... Maybe they don't want a promotion?

Wow, Jatz is probably the best Admin in that list, he has always been willing to help and talk to me. There is no reason to hate him and I bet you can't prove that he hacked anyway.  

Who gives a balls if he ever hacked if he can do the job...

I think this is something players shouldn´t worry about. Players are mostly just viewing the one side of an admin. But how they are really, how great they do their job, how much they actually do and more is mostly hidden and just known by random players.  

I think it's funny that you seem to think there's a difference between "Player Relations Admin" and "Player Relations Administrator".

Think about what you're writing before you post because it comes back hard.

Well sooky, this is what is generally called, "making yourself look like a dumbass"
You don't know the staff, don't have any real evidence why or why not these staff deserve a promo, and even if you did, it would be taken as a grain of salt. No one is going to be fired because you don't like them, and who cares if they did hack? They obviously did nothing that big, and Theres no evidence he is breaking staff rules. Hell, I had evidence Xor abused his powers as a global and even went against graalonline policy, nothing got done about it, I'm still globally banned from graal pc, graal fb, graal iclassic, graal iera, and most likely as soon as kingdoms comes out he will permaban me there too.
