Back on topic. I can't really judge iClassic seeing as I rarely play, but when I did, nothing made me more mad than staff that had PM from friend's only and would just talk to their guild. I don't like unhelpful people that don't really do anything for the server. Just my thoughts, dunno how things are like now.

And Therefore, the graal gods invented the staff contact sign:

Hahahahahaha. Win.

Anyway, I think the staff needs to start listening more to the community. Graal is a community-driven game, and the developers need to cater towards what the community wants, even if it's not in the best interest for Stefan's wallet. Uploads are too pricey, demand for a trade system (I approve of an iClassic system, but not an Era system for game-economical reasons), more in-depth quests, et cetera. iClassic is already losing a chunk of their playerbase to iEra, which keeps putting out great content (auctions, a VAST array of events, new weapons, et cetera). We had a step in the right direction with Yorktown, but it seems our pace has slowed down again. The PK Zone implementation failed as I expected. We should kick things in gear now and start releasing new, lasting, and usable features. By lasting, I mean useful things like the horses, Pyrat quests, etc. I heard new weapons are on their way, and I'm anticipating that eagerly.

You got the point

Volunteers are much closer to the members who can make the change however.
If these volunteers find the idea worth mentioning, a chain of movement starts.

I'm not saying any of these ideas are worth while or not however, but that is the
base of it. The community is the demand, the team are suppose to supply the
demand. If demands aren't supplied, they start to use customers, pure economics.

Of course in games the customer is not always right.

Agreed.

Huh?

Iol. Rufus~>winning.

But i do agree w/ agony that the game needs to "cater" to its players. The only time a player's idea happenes is when the person knows an important staff member or has connections. Sorry but the feedback box might as well be a trashcan (for those who were banned from it by some of the not-so-good GP)

W/o a quote in ur orig post, i feel personally attacked ._.
wasnt trying to open Pandoras Box. I just know some ppl think some staff r good n other ppl think other staff r bad and was just curious myself. I mean no one sees staff working. Admin jobs (/volunteerships) are too secretive on graal.
And either way Twinny, i place u up top next to the other coders n developers

If I want to direct my unbridled rage towards someone in particular, their name will be known. Otherwise, I take no responsibility to people taking personal messages (which do not exist) out of my statements.

Ok. New idea i just thought of.

I think everytime there is a news update, all the staff members who contributed to that specific work should be credited at the end of news. That way we know who to thank for improvments.
