My personal opinions for Classic staff members:
-Management (xor, stefan, etc): i really do think xor does an ok job managing his server. Its a tough job. Way too many people say bad things about admins when they dont know anything. However, i am displeased when i once heard that the only time the server is updated is when gralat pack sales are down (per LiA)... Hmm
-Development and leveling teams: Azrael and fp4 are amazing. Nuf said? Nuf said.
-Graphics team: Things were going really good... But then half of the graphics team, including trigger, quit/fired/disappeared? Explain plz?
-Graal Police: Theyre split half n half. Half do their job and answer questions n stuff. Other half dont do their job, dont answer pms, and/or are completely inactive. (DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE ONES WHO SPENT THEIR TIME MAKING ADMIN TOWER GUILDS INSTEAD OF THEIR JOB)

no...My feeling on the classic server is that it's dead. Not fun anymore.

They're losing a lot of their good staff members and hiring new unqualified one's. They need to start considering hiring scripters with pay that can help out the server. The game has been going downhill lately. Many people are complaining about the lack of content on the game. If they want to make more money and get the players to stay they should really listen to what the players want. Quests, games, trade system, lowered prices, etc. This is just my opinion on what's going on right now.  

Really you can't go and say staff, they are all different you can't join them all as one group. If you are saying your opinion of a certain staff member that's okay, but don't just claim that are all the same because they have the same ranking.

Also while XOR is manager it's Stefan in charge of all the stuff, he makes a lot of the major choices, while XOR does have a freedom (within reason) with the server. Once again, don't group them together.

Stefan and Unixmad are the only ones that get paid. The staff can be paid in gelats, so they dont have to buy gold, so their only pay is not having to pay Stefan. This and the fact graal uses its own script and the fact scripting is a lot harder than gfx and latting means that finding good scripters willing to work on iPhone classic is hard.

You are getting XOR and Unixmad mixed up. Unixmad and stefan are the only ones profiting off it.

I know the whole staff isn't at fault for what's going on. I'm addressing the certain staff mainly the management and hiring part. However, every staff member can play a role in making changes to Graal. If they talk to Xor about a lot of these suggestions/issues it could increase the need for them to get sorted out.

It's legal... Why wouldn't it be? Stefan probably could have gotten away with not even giving gelats, all staff are volunteers. Now you see why it takes so long

Gelats isn't real money and if you're working for a company that is out to make money employees should be paid. There is a difference in volunteering for a elderly home and volunteering for an online gaming company that is out to make money.  

GP's? Corrupt and not helpful. I'm sure they turn a lot of players off from liking this game.

As for the development team: adding new hats doesn't improve game play. This server is a joke compared to what PC Classic used to be.

Ok ya... I hate to say it, but classic is going downhill. :/ yes Era is sorta "better" (note: i dont play era, nor will i ever), but classic will remain the dominent server. All the good things in era really need to be integrated into classic... Development team really does do a great job, but there needs to be new ideas. Ideas that will keep players interested (like i think the daily 75 Pyrat eyepatches for 1000 gralats is good idea) for more than one week (*cough* CTF... Archery... Ya those didnt last long...)

There are some helpful GP's out there. I'm not a fan of the new one's that were hired because they seem very inactive and lacking maturity.

I don't see why iClassic can't get help from iEra. They seem to be managing things well over there. I hear they update a lot and have events and fun activities.  

I have no opinion on Xor or any "high up" staff because I've never said a word tony of them and the most I know about Xor is WALMART DAN's bias that he is a wonderful, caring, and understanding person... But I do know that certain Staff like Midori, Julius, Rufus, and FP4 do deserve a round of applause. Midori and Julius seem to be great Graal Police as they are yet to be the only staff to take the time to answer a question, or even respond to my feedback. And FP4 and Rufus seem to contribute quite a lot to this game, other than that I don't know much about the staff.
