Last fall I was wrongfully banned. While in the middle of class I submitted a ticket on my iPhone. I provided my account name, email, and ban ID. I then logged onto Era and messaged Xor directly. He quickly responded. The issue was resolved in 15 minutes.

Xor works pretty well. He transferred my guild back to me after I lost it on my unidentified account within 5 minutes.

Let's say we have the email for an account but no access to the email so we can't provide the graal id for said account, would there be a chance of help?

Things to remember when e-mailing asking for a transfer:
If anyone else could get the information you're providing easily, then they probably won't do the transfer. After all, that means it'd be just that easy for someone to go around swiping accounts. |
What about transferring items from my previous account to my current?

Bull crap too slab doesn't always work quick I recently purchased gralats on ol west . I didntbget a response till 8days later and still they didn't resolve. I had to get a staff to do it. With proof. Then too slab finally reply on 9th day but I told them I already got it.........if u need ticket times I'm glad to show

If it is an issue happening not just on Classic (mainly on Classic), but in other places as well, do you still use Classic as the department or the General department?

I asked for me and my girlfriends accounts to be unlinked so if I get banned or she gets banned the other one won't, I got banned 2 weeks prior to this and they will not allow me to unlink these 2 accounts I have no idea why, I don't see how "unlinking" 2 different accounts with 2 different Emails and 2 different graal ID's is hard. (You can probably see the difference)

Things like this make me think OP has a biased view. I've been requesting an email change but I'm always declined. I can provide the exact same info OP did and I always get denied.
