3. Stalking is encouraged. Do it all you want!
4. Anyone who kills you is a noob, noob!
5. If there isn't a hat for that, there will be.
6. If you marry someone you are instantly a no-life loser.
7. At all times you must be in style.
8. Memes shall not be tolerated.
9. But inside jokes are welcome.
10. The more PKs you have the more boss you are.
11. Tlkng liek ths is unwlcme, u no? No matter what you think.
12. Staff are there to be worshipped!
13. Spamming is absolutely necessary if you want anything done
14. Cheaper prices are needed, no matter how cheap.
15. Noobs have no life. Even though they aren't the ones who spend hours on a video game.
16. Making incredibly long names is a good idea!
17. Jail is apparently fun and needs to be experienced.
18. So is glitching and hacking.
19. Hugging is sexual abuse!
20. Account transfers shall take long, even if long equals 2 minutes!
21. Shield and sword codes are a secret!
22. Horses breathe fire and cars only hold 2 people.
23. Fun means running around killing innocent citizens
24. The more citizens you kill, the more citizens respect you. Oh, the irony!
25. Recoloring GFX is a crime punishable by death!
26. Block ALL the stores!
27. No Pictures, no proof.
28. No matter what is added by the staff, remember it isn't good enough!
29. Scaring noobs is an appropriate past time.

no they can't. first off most staff don't have rights to your ip address, and those who do only get a very broad range. Second, the only way to identify someones location based on their ip is to go to the their isp with the ip adress and ask who it is, and I don't think the isp would tell unless they did something highly illegal.
