Minecraft 1.3 is OUT!
Just informing,what's new? New ore! Villager trading!(be careful some scam o.0) XP from mining!(Coal,Iron,Redstone,Lapis Lazuli,Diamond) XP from cooking! New map looking! New Minecraft creative mode inventory! Thats all...I guess,if I missed something post a comment!

Basically: villager trading, emrald ore, desert and jungle temples that give you prizes, a "Large biomes" option has been added, tripwire has been added (works like pressure plates but continuous and can be placed in air) there are now write able books (you can sign them and make them in editable in servers) Enderchests have been added (basically it only has one inventory per person, so if you place two down they have the same inventory) there's a block in multiplayer that allows people to code in specific things to minecraft they couldn't do with mods (increase day/night time, give experience for certain activities) creative mode now has a new inventory menu, single player now works like the multiplayer on minecraft: Xbox 360 edition, and most of the bugs that came in multiplayer have been fixed. And adventure mode. (You can't break or place blocks) I did this all from memory. Did I miss anything?

I really don't like how you can place wood blocks on its side now. Makes it super annoying to place them now. I want all my pieces to sit straight up. But if I want that to happen now I have to go all gypsy with the dirt scaffolding. /rage

Umm my friend and I are playing on the same network but we cant seem to find each other on the LAN list when we set it to open to LAN.
