Sometime in 2011 - Uploaded and paid for.

Sometime in 2012 (6 months later) - Head unexpectedly refunded, full price.

May 24th, 2012 - Re-uploaded, denied by Flo, while owning a violation of the rules, his avatar having a monocle.

May 26th, 2012 - Re-uploaded, accepted and paid for. (I've seen far too many violations and see no reason why my head can be justified as a violation with worse case scenarios running around)

May 27th, 2012 - Head refunded, yet again. (Only received 10k, 1/2 of the cost, even though I only had it for < 24 hours)

I'm honestly puzzled as to how terrible the upload staff is on this server, its disgusting. To whoever is going to say "suck it up, you're not special, qq more", its not even about the head anymore, its about how terrible the rules are enforced on this server. Why is it that a staff member, in charge of uploading, and supposed to know the rules is wearing a violation?  

The full refund is withing 1 hour, isn't it?

Oh and what exactly is the point of the thread? Just flaming the upload staff? I didn't really get what you want to know / point out.

Well it is their fault for uploading, but also yours for submitting it again knowing it's a violation. I don't think staff should have violated rule heads either, but maybe they make an exception for them. I know a certain staff with a flashy head with sunglasses and a beanie cap. As for the refunding they should just give the full amount back if the staff is refunding it.

Arichi used to have her head attached with glasses, Santa used to have his head attached with the tiger hat, still some heads with the headbands on and now Flo has a monocle...

Thats all what i known so far to the best of my knowledge. Im not against any of them but Rezon does make a good point that theres heads being denied even though the upload staff (not the people i mentioned above) is going through terms of violation

But then again, you should've read the rules..

I want them to learn what they're doing wrong. I also want 10k gralats. Thats 1 month of VIP.

In my mind, it isn't a violation, I see tons of people with 'ninja masks', glasses, bandannas, flowers and headbands.

i thought there was no full refunds any time  

I think for the price it should be able to have whatever the person wants on it... apart from copyright kind of stuff but you never know maybe more would buy custom heads if they could put whatever they like on it hats/glasses etc.  

This honestly sounds like an angry attack towards the upload staff members in question. If you have an issue with the decisions the upload staff make, then email [email protected] and I'm sure they'll be more than happy to check it out.

Your head falls under the 'head with hat' category. Your head should never have got uploaded in the first place. Stop wasting money re-uploading it.  

I'm really wanting the 10k back, the first time it was refunded I got full compensation. Still makes 0 sense at how other people get to wear violated heads.
