as i said in other thread "we make no promises when concerned with customs and uploads. In the upload rules it states that it's improbable we can enforce a private custom because of sharing and whatnot, it's not feasible, we get hundreds of customs uploaded a day. When you upload something to use, it becomes the property of Eurocenter to use as they will. so it's not really stealing from you in the first place. Once it's in the game, it's fair to use basically." just like players donating graphics for the train station or cinco de mayu or what not, once they are uploaded, it belongs to graal and not to any individual player |
