Yes as long as you have 20k gralats and the head is approved, then the next time you long in it will be ready for you.  

You don't need the 20k. The "box of approval" showing the item you've uploaded will come onto your screen when you next log in, as long as the item has been approved by staff. If you still don't have the 20k, hit yes. That way it'll say "you don't have enough money" and the box will disappear. But don't worry, it'll pop back up whenever you log in next. That way your screen is free to do whatever you want  

but if they approved it 1 hour before u accept it, it wont be refund for 20k, just 10k cause one hour passed
