Well i found the Alive 4-Ever gameplay but not the island of doom thingy

Its your typical top-down zombie shooter... Nothing else..

I think its a rumor.. I don't know but its been 2 years since this topic showed up regarding the game you're waiting for so probably its fake or probably isn't getting released anytime soon..
