Recruiting for Unit FOXHOUND
I have seen a few gangs post these type of threads recently. I thought I would share what we are all about. I am definitely not claiming to be pro, or superior to others. Not at all. Until Era receives it's own world clock, all I can say is that we are mostly basing and sparring at around 10-11pm on US Eastern Time. Our ranking system is designed to give everyone a chance to lead. Whoever holds the highest rank is in command whenever our leaders are not available. The most important thing is to have fun. I know alot of gangs are out to be the best and choose to abuse their members. I am not and will not be that kind of leader. As long as you are loyal and remain respectively active, I have no problem with fluctuating schedules. I do however require that tags stay on 24/7, unless permission is given to remove. We all get bored from time to time and want to base with others. I understand that. Just recently a member of mine went on vacation for two weeks. Because he is respectful and he communicates well, I am fine with it. I value my members. Everyone is a vital part of the team and I try not to discriminate. I speak highly of my fairness.
