Account Transfer [Admins please read]
[Appologize for my bad english at some parts but hope you understand] i got un iphone for christmas and i wanted to transfer so i mailed graal. everything worked well until i realiesd all my item on the ipad acc (my new iphone character which i transferd) was gone. i didnt even have a starter gun  so if any admin see this please contact me or try to fix this ( if u reply i send my information like pc # and email)

Yea happens to everyone becuase snk transfers EVERYTHING just get a starter bow nd sword and start from there, same happend to me and earnt myself a neo and deagle and shotgun.

There isn't really anything we can do about this, it's all part of the transfer process. You can easily earn enough money back to buy a cheap starter gun. Or, there are a few free weapons to obtain.

From my understanding, it seems like the admin transferred the new account to the old account? So your new account has nothing now? It should have everything plus the everything on the old account. Can you please email [email protected] again regarding the issue. Explain it in the mail as well and provide your PCID. |

Are you sure street? Cause if he had the same items on both accounts he essentially has double of everything, which he can drop over to the other account. Dont worry about this as cat said theres nothing to be done as it happens to everyone, thats why on my main i have 6 starter guns, if you want i can gift one of them too you if you need one so much, otherwise grab a trashpick,

That's why you always should be totally clear in the email from which pc, to which pc, you should transfer.

An account transfer doesn't keep the items on the old account. It sends EVERYTHING from the old account (your iPad acc) to the new account (your iPhone acc.) So yes, your iPad account is now a "noob."
