i had a little idea that would never get old, and would change the game in a major way, a thing almost all players want, a efficient way to get gralats that isnt boring like farming!
now here is my idea, there is a spider baddy npc that is a collector/geologist, he owns a house in onnettown (where waffles and pancakes house was) where he will buy collectable items from players! how does it work?
well you know how in era trash randomly spawns on walkable tiles on the gmap? what if there was that on iclassic, but rarer and sold for alot more? instead of trash it could be "collectables" that you press grab to pick up, they would be rare and youd need to keep a eye out for them, and they could have different rarities and selling amounts.
it would be much more fun and make more money than farming, and wouldnt be forgotten about like a one time quest.
ive made all the collectable graphics.
a green rock (just made using the stone tile on iclassic tileset)
a fossil (edit of a rock tile on iclassic tileset)
spider baddy cannonball (cannonball sprite)
lizardon scale (made from scratch)
ancient arrowhead (made from scratch)
strange ore (major edit of something on the iclassic tileset)
rubies (edit of a something on the iclassic tileset)
petrified wood (made from scratch)
bomy fossil (edit of skull on the graal tileset)
i used things that were from graals images to make sure they would fit and be small and harder to see. only rubies stand out because they would be worth a lot.
i also made a spider baddy body for the npc since the spider head is actually in the customization packs default heads.
unfortunately i cant script, so i guess ill just have to hope players like it and that someone scripts it up and likes it, i dont know how easy it would be to adapt the trash script on iera to work in this, but i think it would be easier than making it from scratch right?
ah well, i just want to be useful and contribute and make the server better, just wish i could do more..
