It's highly unlikely it has been hacked as few people would have the power to change the game play; if they have then they'll be globally banned - Stefan will also do a recovery from the last update. Also, snk black listed (I think) from ever being staff on PC Era again lol he wouldn't be able to do anything

Scripts weren't loading(which means scripts aren't disabling classic-functionality on login). It happens every sometimes.
