Is jailing player random?

So what I do is grind 20k gralats in speedy pizza every day(for now to get bar) and then today I completed my 120k then I thought of getting some shells so I went to dig and after a hour or so It says I am jailed for using macro in pizza.. and I need some help and if someone could help me and I did file a report in toonslab and I know they wont reply me so I am leaving a message here if anyone could help, and I know I wont get help from toonslab from my own experience.
