While it is true we have many content filled towns (such as Destiny with Crab chance, the bazaar and tower), onnet with its archery game and restoking store and to a lesser extend Mod and Swamp (because of the towers and on a lesser extent, the blob and carnival ). Towns like snow town are dead. Why don't we have each town have an alternative thing to do such as the archery game? Snow town could have a sled race game for example.  

If only Snowtown had a tower. Or a sledding hill. Or speed skating.

I actually meant a more mini game related thing, an incentive to go there, a tower would work too with the ice mechanics introduced in box fort

no i get that and i agree, i was just making the point that the old snow town features were not really attractions  

Actually what I feel snowtown lacks in general is a second way out. It's like a dead end right now. You go there Specifically for the hats... or maybe if it's your first time at 1k hours. And that's it. There's no route TO anything that goes THROUGH snowtown... so no need to go there.

(Crappy suggestion: Incoming)

Dev team should make all the towns like Balamb. Everywhere else is just; pathway, house, tree, npc, house, pathway tree. Balamb has barrels and potted plants sitting about. It just gives a bit more detail. And they should add vendor carts that sell random crap. (Like the ones in York but those are hats.)

Something that could work in a pseudo-client side just like the archery game or crab chance. How about a penguin protecting game? You'd have a penguin tied to your back and would have to bring it somewhere else while taking as less damage as possible
